In accordance with government instructions, all our branches are now temporarily closed until further notice as we all do what we can in the fight against Coronavirus (Covid-19).
Whilst we are unable to welcome you into our branch at the moment, we remain fully committed to supporting all of our customers. We are changing and adapting the way that we operate, enabling many of our people to work remotely, and whilst our branches’ doors are temporarily closed, we will continue to be available to you online, on the phone and via email throughout this crisis. We are reacting as quickly as we can to this evolving Coronavirus situation, so please bear with us. We are prioritising support for our residential lettings customers and those with housing transactions nearing completion, our mortgage services team is fully available to assist those looking to review their current mortgage arrangements, and if you are one of the thousands of customers that we have helped in the past, we are here to help, even if you just need a friendly voice to talk to.
